Rebel Ride: 30 Minutes of intense indoor cycling followed by 30 Minutes of High intensity weight training and core work to help burn fat and improve overall health.

Rock Bottom: A mix of traditional strength training coupled with some conditioning work. Our strength classes involve the use of free weights, body weight as well as machines to help you achieve the lean body you have always wanted. Get stronger, build muscle and burn fat.

Triple Threat: Each class will focus on 3 body parts using, machines, dumbbells, barbells and more! Topped off with some conditioning at the end.

Rev it Up/SpInsanity: – 45 or 60 Minutes of intense indoor cycling.

Krank it Up Kettlebells: – Get Stronger, burn fat and gain muscle with Kettlebells! 45 Mins of HIIT Kettlebell work, Our program is designed to keep you moving the whole time in order to keep your heart pumping with minimal rest in order to burn fat for longer periods during the course of the day.

Row 4T5:– Two 12 minute sessions of intense rowing broken up by 6 minutes of non-stop interval training. This class is open to all fitness levels and abilities with the goal of getting faster and stronger with each session. Each class is finished with a 10 min Power Push, allowing you to challenge each body part while gaining results.

Circuit Central: – 45 minutes of high-intensity intervals using rowers, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, tires and your own body weight provides the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. Rowing is the ultimate total body cardio experience, activating every muscle group in your legs, core, and arms. This heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, total-body burn is diverse and efficient. The class is open to all fitness experiences and abilities.

Power 75:– 20 min of fast-paced spin, followed by 30 minutes of high-intensity intervals using rowers, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, tires all CORE focused. This heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, total-body burn will leave you with abs of steel!  The class is open to all fitness experiences and abilities. Optional: 25 min strength training to finish off the class.

Combat Zone: Combat zone is a strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. Working cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity!

Hill and Drills: 45 min calorie burning cycling consisting of steep climbs and fast drill intervals. 15 min upper body burn.
