Covert Boot Camp (adult): You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one! A radical approach to training, utilizing tools and movements that create speed, power and most of all, an athletic look. Kettlebells, medicine balls, agility ladders, cones, sleds, tires and ropes are just some of the tools incorporated in our training. Plyometrics, and functional bodyweight movements are also included to torch bodyfat, increase lean muscle mass, and build cardio respiratory efficiency. Fitness that is fun, TRAINING that is serious!
