TEAM TRAINING
Team Training: This is a one of a kind program. Each session is carefully planned with a group of coaches to provide the most appropriate workout for your teams sport, age and athletic ability. Focus is on agility, strength, speed, balance and core. Whether "off-season" or "in-season", this is the program that will give your team the edge over the competition. This is truly “where serious athletes some to train”. Every athlete is assessed as part of the Team Training program.
