YOUTH AND TEEN ATHLETICS
Covert youth programs are based on a proprietary model to develop the SPEED, AGILITY, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and EXPLOSIVE POWER of our athletes. Our unique style training has produced multiple youth champions at the County, State and National level. Central to our training philosophy is the physical assessment of our youth athletes that is tracked quarterly to closely monitor their development. This successful training formula is based on the tradition that “Fitness is a Way of Life” and has positive results both on the field, as well as, in the classroom. Each program is rooted in a 12 week cycle of getting our athletes “Comfortable being Uncomfortable”.
